To start using the organisational capabilities it is recommend that you undertake an audit The CLF Audit tool has been developed to help employers audit their performance against the organisational capabilities of the Continuous Learning Framework and generate an action plan for further development.

The audit process has three main stages:

    1. A staff survey to gather evidence of staff perceptions
    2. Self-assessment against each of the six organisational capabilities
    3. Developing an Action Plan

Following the instructions provided with the audit tool will help guide you through stages one and two. Once you have gathered and considered the findings then you can plan and then implement activities to improve.
